5.1 Details of the norms/standards set by the public authority for the discharge of its functions/delivery of services

10 Handing over of shops after completion of conditions After the agreement is over the shop has to be handed over to allotted 1 day -do-

* Note:

The Govt in GO.Ms.No:431 MA&UD dated 8-7-2009 and GO.Ms.No:651 MA&UD dated 4-11-2009 have delegated powers to the Grama panchayats for residential buildings upto ground + 2 floors ( GOs are placed at annexure 3)
