D Plans to be signed by owner/builder
E If the const is by the builder attested copies of registered agreement between the owner & builder
F Undertaking on Rs100/-stamp paper by the owner/builder that no possession of flat shall be given without possession certificate
G All risks insurance policy
IV Solar Systems ( Ref : G.O.Ms.No: 302 M.A. Dt : 3-8-04)
A Provision for hot water systems Provision in the design
B Energy efficient lighting Provision in the design
V Installation of solar systems ( Ref : G.O.Ms No : 506 Dt: 3/12/04)
A Refundable performance guarantee-NOC from NEDCAP

A Scrutiny Fees (rule.no:4.3) Rs.7/ Sq.Mt Min of Rs.700
B Development Charges(Rule :4.3.1C) Rs.10/- for Land Rs. 20/- for built space
C Security Deposit (rule: 4.3.1.B) Rs. 100/- Sq.Mt
D Compounding Fee(rule.4.14) 5 times scrutiny fees
E Premium on FAR (For plots>300Sq.Mts only)
 Above 75% of permissable FAR (rule: 8.7)
