This section is headed by the Land Acquisition Officer under the control
of Vice chairman. The section deals with all land acquisitions initiated by TUDA. The section
also handles land acquisition cases (With regard to roads only) initiated by TTD
& Tirupati municipality. This section is also the custodian of TUDA properties
and deals with land alienation issues. |

The Urban Forestry and Horticulture Wing is headed by Horticulturist and assisted
by 2 Horticulture assistants, 1 field man, 2 garden masteries and 4 gardeners. This
section deals with afforestation programs, maintenance of plantation, development
and maintenance of traffic islands, dividers etc |

The accounts wing is headed by Asst. accounts officer. The section has the responsibility
of preparing and maintaining proper accounts, preparation of annual statement of
accounts, balance sheets, auditing of accounts by accountant general of Andhra Pradesh, and custodian of all investments made by TUDA |
