The Establishment Section is created for looking after the Administrative matters of entire Employees of TUDA The Section is headed by the Secretary of TUDA. The
Administrative Officer is the overall in charge of the Section.

The Section deals with the subjects viz., Appointment of Staff, promotion, transfers,
leaves etc., under the control of the Vice-Chairman and secretary.The section also
deals with estate management |
|
There are 83 Employees. |
- Deputations taken :
3 deputationists were on rolls in the Land acquisition wing. No fresh appointments
were made during the year. No compassionate appointment was made during the year.
- Welfare of Employees: -
GPF subscription commenced from February 1992 ,Gratuity scheme is launched
in the year 2001-2002

2.1) Public Information Cell :
|
|
A Public Assistance and Information Cell is functioning in the TUDA Office to assist
the public and to answer the enquiries. This cell also sells the official plans
and documents.

|
2.2) TUDA also has set up a Fast track cell to receive the applications for layouts,
building permissions, etc., for disposal in 24 hours time
|
|
|
|
The Estate Management Wing of TUDA is a part of the administration wing and
deals with sale (auction and allotment) of developed plots in the category of residential
and commercial, and leasing of built-up shops, collection of hire purchase installments,
sale receipts monitoring and coordinating the maintenance of various TUDA complexes
|
