Executive Engineer is responsible for preparation of estimates, inspection of works,
quantity, quality, execution and maintenance of all works under his control. The
EE also accords technical sanction for works upto Rs.50.00 lakhs. He is the controlling
officer over the Sub-Divisional Officers i.e Dy. Executive Engineer and Assistant
Executive Engineer, Assistant Engineer and other staff engaged on works. |

Tenders are being invited by the TUDA for all the works
. The tenders are invited
by publishing the tender notice in the News papers as per the procedures laid down
in G.O.Ms No.94 Irrigation Department dt: 01-07-2003. |

As per G.O.ms.No:377 M.A. Dated 14th September 1990 The government has delegated the powers and functions of Superintending engineer to the executive engineer in
the Urban development Authorities. Accordingly the executive Engineer has the competency
to accord technical sanction upto Rs 50.00 lakhs. |

The tender documents are prepared by the Executive Engineer for all the works. The
tender documents adopted are generally the standard tender documents as specified
in the Andhra Pradesh standard specification. |

|
No works are being taken up under nomination method. |
|
|
|
In case of emergency, the works costing upto 50,000 on nomination will be taken up with the prior approval
of Vice Chairman, TUDA. |
|
|
|
No financial powers to incur expenditure, drawl and disbursements of money has been
vested with the Engineers in TUDA. |
