RTI ACT - FEES CHARGES

(A) Building Applications:

To be applied in Form-1 and the Check-List duly filled in and signed with proposed Layout Plan (details given in Form-1)

B) Layout Development Applications

To be applied in Form-2 and the Check-List duly filled in and signed with proposed Layout Plan (details given in Form-2)

In case of layouts with type design houses development / Group Housing layouts, the building plans of the houses / Group Housing are to be submitted as per similar requirement mentioned in (A) above.

To be applied in prescribed form along with site plans details, etc and fees as prescribed.

C) Fees And Charges Leaviable For Building & Layout Applications
Revised Fees and Charges as per New G.O.Ms.No.439, Dated 13th June,2007

(A) Building Permission
1) Scrurity Fees

No.	Area	Rate
1	For residential buildings with height restricted to 10 m. i.e., Ground + 2 Upper Floors (without stilts)	Rs. 5/sq m of total built up area subject to a minimum scrutiny fee of Rs. 500
2	For multi storeyed buildings, apartments, commercial buildings, institutional buildings, industrial buildings use	institutional buildings, industrial buildings use Rs. 7/sq m of total built up area subject to a minimum scrutiny fee of Rs. 700
The Scrutiny Fee shall be payable at the same rate in both Tirupati Zone (including Tirupati Municipality, Tirupati NMA, Trichanur, Avilala), Growth Centers & Expansion Zone around Village Settlements and Rest of TUDA Region.
