RTI Act – Section 4(1)(b)(xv)
The particulars of facilities available to citizens for obtaining information, including the working hours of a library or reading room, if maintained for public use :
  1. A library is being maintained. It is not open to the public but the staff can get the information.
  2. Public Assistance Cell is providing information on land use, sale of books, maps, application forms, etc.,
  3. Fast track Centre is opened for the convenience of the public to submit the applications for layout, building permissions, etc.
  4. Information is also available to the public on the tuda website: www.tuda.in5. TUDA is also cautioning the public about unauthorized layouts and building permissions, etc.

Such other information as may be prescribed and thereafter update these publications every year.
The website of TUDA is being updated every year.
