4. (1) (b) (iii) The procedure followed in the decision making process, including channels of supervision and accountability: RTI Act – Section 4(1)(b)(iii)
Board and the Chairman: As per the AP Urban Areas (Development) Act, 1975 and the Government orders issued from time to time.
The Vice-Chairman is the chief executive and supervises all matters. The following senior officers work under the control of the Vice-Chairman: Secretary, Executive Engineer, Planning officer and Horticulturist.
