As per the procedures laid down by Government and also as per the policy decisions
of the Board constituted by Government , various functions will be discharged through
the HOD’s under the overall supervision of Vice-Chairman. |

- Layout permissions – Residential, Commercial, Industrial:
- Plot sub-division, amalgamation, etc.,
- Group housing schemes
- Building permissions
- Residential apartment Complexes upto stilt + 5 floors
- Multi-storeyed buildings beyond 5 floors
- Commercial, shopping Complexes, buildings of educational institutions
- Industrial buildings
Note: Individual residential building permissions – The HUDA has delegated powers
to authorized local bodies concerned to grant permissions directly.- No Objection Certificates To undertake activities like establishing petrol pump stations, cinema theatres, etc.
- Appeal to TUDA as per the Zoning Regulations
- Change of land use
- Land use information

Land use certificates are issued by TUDA as per the land use envisaged in the Master
Plan / Zonal Development Plans. |
|
Note: In the delegated local authority areas, the technical approval is given by
TUDA and final sanction is released through the local body concerned.
