1. In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (O) Section 2 of the Andhra Pradesh Urban (Development) Act (Act I of 1975) the Government of Andhra Pradesh having regard to the extent of and the scope for its urbanization of the area and mentioned in the schedule hereunder , which is the vicinity of the area comprised within the jurisdiction of Tirupati Municipality as an Urban Area.
