What is Organic Farming ?
Organic farming is a form of agriculture that relies on ecosystem management and attempts to reduce or eliminate external agricultural inputs, especially synthetic ones such as Chemical fertilizers, pesticides, fungicides, herbicides and also genetically modified organisms (GMOs). It is holistic production management system that promotes and enhances agro-ecosystem health, including biodiversity, biological cycles, and soil biological activity.
Why Organic farming ?
  • Reduces degradation of soil
  • Checks environmental pollution.
  • Ensures sustainability of agricultural production
  • Reduces cost of agriculture production
  • Easy to prepare and use.
Quality – Quality of food, quality of life, quality of our future and our children’s future.
Organic is just the right thing to do and the right choice to make. Better for our health, testes better, better for farmers (supports eco-farming), better for our water supply, better for our children, our children’s health, and their future.
The more I learn, the more I am sure that organic is the only choice.
