Note:
1. Whoever downloaded the RFP today morning are advised
to
download the file again since the new version file got upload at 11:30 AM (11-05-2007).
2.The pre bid conference
scheduled on 1-Jun-2007 (Friday) will be held on 5-Jun-2007 (Tuesday). It shall
not have any impact on the schedule of bidding process.
3.Refer to para 4.4 Bid security of RFP: The bid security
of 18 crores bank guarantee is reduced to 50 lacs at the request of prospective
bidders, the change may please be noted.
4. The prospective bidders have requested for extension of the time for submission
of bids. The request is reviewed and considered. The bid due date is extended up
to July 09, 2007, all other subsequent timelines would change accordingly.
5. Refer Section 6.4.2 and 6.5.1 of the RFP Document, in case of a Bidding Consortium,
simple aggregate of the technical and financial capability of each member of the
Bidding Consortium shall be considered for the purpose of evaluation. The change
may please be noted
6. Refer to 6.4.3, in i. the tangible net worth not less than Rs.400 crores is shown inadvertently, which has to be read as Rs.200 crores.
